2018 Ireland Exclusive Small Group Tour. If you are looking for a great way to tour Ireland in style, we highly recommend Further Afield Travel and Tours - Signature Ireland Small Group Tour - Castles, Countryside and Irish Heritage.
Sandy, our tour leader, took care of all the little details, and the accommodations were top notch. We even stayed in a castle for two nights!!! Joe, our driver/guide, was a delight with his extensive knowledge of Ireland and jokes.
It was a great worry free trip!!!

2018 Ireland Exclusive Small Group Tour. My wife and I have just returned from a 12 day excursion of Ireland with FURTHER AFIELD TRAVEL out of Oakville, Ontario.
Our tour director was one of the co-owners, Sandy Lidka, and she was marvellous . Our accommodations were awesome, and every day brought more jaw-dropping scenery with many side trips off the beaten track that the average tour wouldn’t even think of including. It helps that Sandy has many ties in Ireland. Both Sandy and our driver/guide “Joe” blew us away with their knowledge of the country’s history , culture and politics . It was a truly an educational experience .
We would not hesitate for a second to recommend FURTHER AFIELD TRAVEL to our family and friends, and we shall look forward to future tours with them .

Crazy Last Minute Trip - Portugal. I would like to thank Further Afield Travel and Tours, especially Sandy, for putting up with me and my crazy last minute trip.
Sandy answered my many, many emails pretty much instantly with the information I needed and was able to put together a great little trip with only a few days to spare. I've worked with them before and have always been super happy with how thorough they are. I am so glad to have these guys because they do all the work and I do all the travel!!

Avoided long line ups!
Villa and Tour in Italy. Dear Further Afield, thanks for such a great job organizing our Italy trip. Thanks to you, we avoided long line ups and enjoyed many hours of sight seeing instead of standing in lines. We were treated like real VIP's

Another GREAT memory!
2018 Portugal Small Group Tour. Ron and I had a wonderful vacation!! I feel we gained a great understanding of the country and its history, as well as, its current condition in the EU. The locations you selected were awesome, and the activities were a great way to experience Portugal, not just see it.
Jorge was an amazing wealth of knowledge and such a kind man. The group was really good fun to travel with...and it all went by too fast. Thanks for everything. Another great memory for us.
